What year yamaha 125?

36 is far more user friendly then a 38 on a 125.

Either carb will work fine once properly jetted but i prefer mikinis, at least on vintage bikes because they are more period correct. I have never haf one brand or style of carb make me go any faster or slower than any other but lecttons are very popular with a lot of people.

The spec'd 38mm Mikuni has always worked well for the YZ. If you must try another, try the Smart Carb or Keihin. I like my Smart Carb 125.

Yep the stock mikuni works really well with minor mods, just wanted to try a lectron to see what they are like
