Jetting suggestions.

So I have an 04 kx250 that was my main mx bike but my yz450f has replaced it so I'm making the kx my woods bike. I just purchased a FMF gnarly and q stealth silencer for it and moved from approximately 300' to 5200' above sea level so I know the jetting is going to be jacked. Does anybody have any suggestions for a good starting point for jething specs? I'll confirm in the next couple days but I'm pretty sure it has a 160 main and I believe 52 pilot jet in it currently and smoked pretty good from running rich when my cousin rode it a couple weeks ago.
