C-19 lockdown project. This came out pretty slick. I wanted a socket holder for my toolbox. Something I could adjust for MY set of sockets and something with round posts for easier on/off.
Took some perforated stainless and tacked together a couple pieces for the desired size. Drilled and tapped a bunch of plastic spacers for 3/8" and 1/2" drive. Layed everything out for fit and efficient use of space and screwed everything down.
Works great! You don't get perfectly uniform rows unless you sacrifice space but I kind of like it that way. Actually makes grabbing the right socket easier. Good times!
(Note- those sockets laying on their side in the last shot are too tall to stand vertically)
