21 CRF450RX Starting Issue

Hey,

Just bought this bike not long ago and from the day I picked it up it requires the throttle to be blipped before it starts or the enrichner out. Cold or Hot.

Rode it approx. 1 hour without the updated map then had the maps updated at a local dealer. Same thing going on. Have maybe 4-5 hours on it now. It ALMOST start without touching the throttle but doesn't, as soon as I blip it the thing starts and idles fine. Is this what everyone else's does? Anything I should check?

I am loving the bike so far though apart from this.

Have you tried turning the idle up a little bit?

I thought about doing that but the idle sounds good once it's running...I don't really want to have a racing idle on a woods bike.

Idle speed for that bike is 2000 rpm plus or minus 100 rpm.

Yes it is at 2k I have a cortex in mine and it does the same thing . Sometimes it starts rite up and other days it cranks n cranks . I just mess with the choke litte on and off and it starts ok . I even was told by Chad at xpr try the 20 450 injector seems to help some
