2014 CRF250(X or R) Vin question

Hey,

Wondering if anyone can confirm if this bike is a 250R or 250X.
It was sold to me as CRF250R, but the vin check says 250X:

Thats interesting because that is most defintely an 250R. The 250X for that year was a carb bike that had a different frame entirely.
