I have already asked for some help for this problem before. Here is the deal... I have some wp open Chamber forks that are a little bit harsh. This fork used to be plush and since becoming harsh I have already replaced the bushings (prox) and did not improved that much. Then replaced the seals with skf (only oil seals, not dust seal), polished the stanchions and used belray oil and improved. I thought they were good then but I have tested similar forks and mine are not stiction free as other similar units

Since then I have lubed the seals with stanchions grease from the mtb and it does not seems to improve. I have no idea what else can be, and please do not suggest the wheel is not properly installed.

Only I can think of is the old oil which was completely brown (might have been rust from the springs) have damaged the inner surface of the outer tubes where the bushings slide.

I will polish them... Any ideas what else can be? Thanks guys!

Drain and flush the BelRay and put Golden Spectro suspension fluid in. YES it will Make that much of a difference.

Back when I had Sky Force Racing I revalved a riders suspension and since he was sponsored by BelRay he supplied the fluids. We went testing at Budds Creek and he was happy but I knew it should be a little better. We went back to the box van and I drained and put in the Spectro. He went back out and it worked tons better so much so that when he came off the track he said if he had not seen what I had done he never would have believed how much better just the fluids could make it.

Thanks for the input. I cannot get golden spectro oils in Spain. Any other brand that you know would improve Belray? I can get:

-Motorex
-Motul
-Maxima
-Castrol
-Putoline
-Silkolene

I forgot, I can get Kayaba, and showa oils too. I have read that they are superior to the previously said oils. I am interesed only if they improve stiction as I do the service in my own. Anyone knows if they are really better? Thanks
