That is some crazy stuff right there. For being "smart" people I don't think she or her husband were prepared well. If you are going in for dental surgery, don't you think you would have a ride after wards and also not take your kid? Plus, if she didn't have a choice, do you really have a mimosa after surgery knowing you are taking drugs and driving. Not too bright.

One of these days all new cars will have interlocks that prevent drunk driving. Then we will be able to fire all the lawyers, judges and cops that make a living off DUI prosecutions and arrests.
