No, not another personal attack.
It was your "rib recipe" thread that got me learning about a smoker. After a couple failed attempts on my own, I tried your rib recipe. 11/2 hrs. in smoker and around 3 in the oven @ 250 tightly sealed, added some sauce and back in for 15.
All I can say is DAMN DUDE, that is the shiznit! Probably the best I have ever had anywhere. (picture worthy) Now that I got the cooking down, I can mess with the rubs. Thanks again!!!
