decided by who is willing to end/or continue the war?

There are several things I really like about McCain but I am afraid that this war is going to completely destroy our economy.
Plus it has castrated our military to the point where we may not be able to adequately protect ourselves. There is now way we can continue on in Iraq with out a draft.
The next pres will be able to do it and blame it on the past Pres.
