Ok, so I'm thinking of starting a new career as a Texas real estate agent. I've got a BBA in Management and a BBA in Marketing.

Does anyone know if my college credits will transfer to the education requirements to get a R.E. license? Can I just take the exam and get my license?

Go here and you should be able to get all your questions answered.. Ok that didn't quite work out.. Google DRE and the Department of Real Estate should come up. Your Mangament BBA should transfer over.

Real Estate isn't that bad in the DFW area. Homes are selling pretty good and we have one of the lowest foreclosure rates in the country.

Besides, 18 years handling insurance claims is getting to me. Maybe I'll open an agency and make money off homeowners and auto policies or some shit like that.
