I have 3 or 4 Hauppauge tuners that I used with MytyTV back when I had cable. Is that what you are talking about? I am not familiar with CableCARD. My DirectTV DVR only has 2 tuners in it and they make one with 5 that I would like to get.

I also have a Hauppauge internal PCIe tuner, but doesnt support CC's.

A CableCARD is what some cable carriers use to get premium channels on HTPC's, their set top boxes wont connect to the PC, so you rent a CC for just 2 bucks a month and get ALL the premium channels, but you need a Tuner that supports them.

I'm just curious why you guys are bashing this message board so much. I've been posting here for 10-11 years and I don't see much difference. Still the same old shit just not really the "popular" members posting 100 times a day. This board used to be ruled by 20 different people now there is much more variety.

Just kind of surprised by Void and Scotties statement. Maybe you care to clarify a little more.
