Bike racing is going good. I decided a few months ago to give up racing tri's for the next few years. Far too many injuries from running. I got my upgrade last week and am now racing CAT 4. I still have my Time Trial bike, but every roadie needs a TT bike to race on. TT's are fun. I actually raced my first CAT 4 crit yesterday. Got my ass cooked well done and handed back to me. Its a new world each time you move up. We averaged 28 mph for 45 minutes. And that was with a 60 foot climb each lap. Its fun, but a different world from racing tri's, Its unreal how hard bike racing is.

Thats from one of my first crits. I learned real fast that going off the front early on alone is not such a good idea.

Crits are fun. Riding Moto helped bike handling for me. Bunny hopped a few guys during crashes. Do they still do the zigurat(sp) building?
