So as some of you know, my boy Lane Mariotti tore up his knee at Freestone at the Regional in 2015. After a long recovery, he came back to riding in time for the last Area LLQ for 2016 but as you can imagine wasn't anywhere near shape to qualify at the 2016 Regional.
Over the next few months, he sustained two fractured wrists from a kicker off a large double, healed up, came back then popped his other knee and then a couple weeks later was taken out while in the air and collapsed a lung, broke some ribs ext..
So we recently had the second knee repaired and he has just been relaxing and doing the second thing he loves best, making music. I have seen a few kids who ride also love and make music, but this is what Lane has been up to while injured..
