If you're talking the Arabic pipe, yes. I'm not a smoker, so I don't think I got everything out of it a smoker would, but it wasn't bad. All of the tobacco is flavored, so it's more like smoking a flavored cigar than a cigarette. I'd say give it a shot, at the very least it's something you can say you've done.

Peer pressure? I really couldn't tell you. I was in Dubai or Bahrain when I did, so it was kind of a "when in Rome" thing.

Traditionally......the shit had opium in it......which made it a much bigger draw.

A hooka bar in the US is just flavored tobacco. Basically it's a glorified smoke shop with ambience.

If you like cigars or pipes.........it can be an interesting and fairly cool thing to do. If you don't smoke, and the thought of smoking makes your skin crawl......it ain't for you.

i don't smoke and went to one the other week with some friends just to check it out. It was different. I'm not going to be making any weekly or monthly trips but id probably do it again.

There is one close to me. I'm not a smoker so I could care less...
But I hear they're kinda 'cool'... for a while they were a real trend.
