My first seeds sprouted, they're beet's. I have beans, cucumbers, potatoes and corn planted in the other rows.
Since I have over 50 tomatoes, I decided to plant 10 after it cools down and risk frost. I hope I can manage covering 10 if it dips below freezing.

Between the last week of May and the first week of June is when you're traditionally supposed to plant tomatoes in Reno. Last year I gambled and planted 2 weeks early and lost, good thing I had lots of extras. This morning I decided instead of covering them if the temps dip or waiting till June, I'll just bring them inside. Last year we had an early freeze and I got very few red tomatoes, my altitude don't help, 6180' .
