My comment wasn't directed at you BM...

I would like to think that's not the way I would have handled trying to motivate these guys. But I'm not the one getting shot at and who knows what "other" methods have been used...

Yep, my guess is he's tired of explaining things "by the book", and that is apparently not working. Probably not unlike any D.I. who's sick of his boots looking like cub scouts.
