Go Pro Error 2002

Anyone had this problem? I've searched their site, google and bing without getting any solid answers.
Same problem on 3 different computers and 2 different micro sd cards.
I did some reading that sometimes the cards aren't compatible but the sandisk micro sd 4 is.
Thats what both of mine are, 16gb.

Pictures show up no problem.

using the camera directly? have you tried using a card reader?

if nothing else send them an email. i had a bad camera and they sent me a replacement.

What type of memory card are you using? The reason I ask, is that sometimes cards cant process info quickly enough to write to the card correctly. Ive never gotten an error code, but I use class 10 cards in mine. Also, make sure you have done all of the firmware updates
