Looks like we are in for another long weekend! F1, SX, UFC and a NASCAR race are ALL on Saturday. I better stock up on RB's
F1 practice starts Thur. night, I believe P1 is at 9pm PST.
So...will the RedBull tension be thick enough to slice w/ a butter knife?
...and how about FRIC suspension? (front and rear interconnected suspension) sounds like some cool tech. Uses hydraulics to control the car ride height.
Oh and i got a cable box! gonna hook at straight to my PC monitor and run the audio through my PC. Will be nice to enjoy the glorious HD instead of watching streams. This is just temporary until i figure out what im gonna do.

Kimi has arrived...
The Shop
The "SkySportsF1" link on that page is fully dedicated to F1 and plays tons of cool footage, There is a show on right now talking about how the series has went so far. If only we could get something like that for SX/MX!
P1 starts at (i think) 7pm PST
P2 11pm PST on NBCS
Damn its gonna be a long weekend, pretty much starts tonight for us F1 die hards!
They showed the Seb and Web interviews. I am fans of BOTH and can see both sides. But when you have a 3X champ there is obviously a pecking order at the team, no matter HOW hard they try to deny it, and they have been denying it since day 1. Hoggwash! IMO part of it falls on the team.
Cars are about to take the track, Cracking a fresh ice cold RB. WoooHoo!
...and ya i realize im pretty much talking to myself as this place is starting to resemble a graveyard
HERE is another. I just swap between when one drops out.

Pit Row
Good to see Sutil up there in P2
Rosberg just goes P1...
The last 20min are gonna be good! remember they started on a totally green track w/ no rubber.
....ya ya i know i need to quit this stinking habit.
These guys and the PitRadio dudes give us some cool inside communication. I wish we could listen to ALL of the team radios.
Seb already told to slow down just to save those tires.
Now onto the broadcast itself....holy fucking hell! It was ATROCIOUS!! NBC should be ashamed of themselves to even call that a "television broadcast" it was more of a commercial broadcast with a little F1 thrown in. It made SX on CBS a slice of heaven. How in the hell can it be this bad? Truly unacceptable in my opinion.
I seriously think i will take the shitty picture of the Sky stream with practically ZERO commercials over that NBC hunk of shit i just sat through. I may even just record the NBC but watch the stream live, and then i can go back and enjoy the glorious HD and 5.1 sound later. The Sky feed also have 10x's the amount of info as far as pre and post race shows.
Ok rant over, i just had to get that off my chest, time to dig up a movie, there has gotta be something on the 190 or so channels i now get, and try to crash out for the night to get prepared for the long few days ahead of us.
G'night everyone...err i mean anyone who is even left here to read this place anymore
However I'll mostly be looking forward to the ad-free coverage of the WSB and BSB meetings this weekend on Eurosport. We're so spoilt for choice over here. The only time we need to do on-line viewing is for US SX and MX! Everything else on live and uninterrupted.
