I want to drop a few pounds, so I decided to cut out all soda.. I've had gatorade and vitamin water for a week and a half.. No Mtn dew at all.. I usually have several a day!!
I just weighed myself and I actually gained a few pounds!! I went from 154 to 161... WTF? I was told if I stop drinking soda, I'd lose weight... What gives?

If you want to lose weight, try drinking water.

Also weighing at the same time of day is really important. Weather or not youve recently urinated also. A 20oz bottle of water weighs about 2 lbs. Also what you eat, if for instance you have a Big ass Bean Burritto youre gonna be carrying around a few extra lbs for a day or two or three. Not all food weighs the same.

At least I'm trying to do something about my morbid obesity!!!
