Hey so i got a kidney belt, and i was told by a friend of mine whos really good to wear the kidney belt basically the bottom of the belt at the top of your butt, and another person said just around your waist.... just wondering if you guys had some info... LMK

I would just wear it around your waist to protect the kidneys obviously.

I wear mine around my lower back region below the belly button. Does it help? I dunno, I suppose so though all truth be told I've never really felt the difference.

yea ive never noticed a difference as far is it being comfortable or not, but i had a kidney injurt when i was younger so i wear one just in case, thanks man

you want to wear it so that its across your lower back at the top of your butt as said before. make sure you have the appropriate size. What it does is keeps your mid-section compressed so you can man handle the weight of the bike better keeping your kidneys from blowing out like couleflower when under strain.
