TCX Pro 2.1 Boot Questions

I am in the market for boots and from the reviews I read they seem like really durable and comfortable boots. Now the questions I have about them: How do they fit on larger calves? I wear a size 11 in regular shoes would the size 12 be too loose? How waterproof are they? and do they handle muddy conditions well?

Buy them. This is my 3rd season with TCX 2.1 and I'm satisfied user. Only issue compared to the other brands is gripsole. The sole never lasts for more than season.

great boot, imo, they run half size to full size small.

Sorry to bring this topic up again. I just got these boots today. I wear a size 10.5 US/ 44.5 EU. I got the size 11. They have the bootie which is nice but I feel like they are TIGHT. I have semi wide feet but they feel tight in the toe also. When I wear just the bootie it feels like it still has some room, but the boot and bootie feel small. Anybody have these and will they "wear in" at all. I'll return them but don't want to go to a 12 and be swimming in them. Thanks in advance.

Yea I love the bots but the inner boot is really a pita. When I have it on my foot I have room left in the toe. When I out my foot in the boot it feels like my toe hits the tip of the boot. The inner boot is seated all the way inside the boot. Even my wife, who's feet are half the size of mine, feels the same thing. I'm thinking maybe it's that seam that runs down the middle of the top of the inner boot? Hopefully it feels better after I ride some
