How can you judge just from looking if a guy is in bad enough shape?

At the speed Stewart got up and was ready to go, you can't just stop him from racing assuming he's got a concussion!

Spin around yourself 5 times and see how dizzy you feel? Do you have a concussion? NO!

Funny thing is people like to make something out of nothing when we're talking about the top 2 guys.

I remember Ferry (2 years ago?) crashing and picking up Tedesco's RMZ to ride it? (Not even the same freaking color) and nobody made a big deal out of it.

Nobody hit their noggin harder than Pastrana outdoors, and he just kept getting back up and racing.

great answer. How does spinning around 5x compare to falling on a dirt bike? I could tell stewart was dazed after trying to start hill's bike. I was asking if it has ever happened? Obviously stewart was ok after a few laps, especially with his lap times and results. But what if he wasn't? Is there any rule or protocol that specifies if a rider is obviously hurt to stop them from continuing?
