What does Chad Reed and Ryan Dungey use to keep their Leatt and Alpinestars braces in place? I've heard of what they used, but i can't seem to remember it.

The straps that come with it? I use the straps because mine kept moving around on me some while riding and I didnt like that feeling.

They use the thin womens head bands sold a your nerest Wal-mart, they come in several different colors, as well as pink for all the bro's out there.
