Tracks/Trails in central Arkansas?

Just got back into riding from about a 10 year hiatus. As such, I am out of the loop again about mx tracks and trail riding in the central Arkansas area. I googled some places and came across bowie bottoms, hwy 89, exit 101 and Sherwood mx. I used to race at Sherwood mx so I know what to expect from there but most of these tracks websites were either gone or not up to date so if anyone has any info about when the tracks are open for practice, who to contact, etc. i'd love the information

Stay away from the "Dirt Bike Mike's" place. I hear there is some retired Vietnam Marine Hippie (yeah, strange) that runs around that place....


Lol. Just kidding. I've been wanting to get down to his place for years to ride there.

awesome, thanks for the info guys, I really appreciate it. My son is just starting out on a pw50 and the moto bug bit me once again after he started riding. Can't wait to check it all out

Dirt Bike Mike used to have summer camps at his place...and does classes from time to time. He'd be a good one to chat with...
