Boy got skills and plenty of heart. I think Bam Bam is dreading the challenge. Tomac looked faster, fitter, and smoother (all substantaiated in lap times). Boi is on the beanz.

He was FMOTP tonight. 55.27 was the fastest time of the night, and he pulled it

The lad has serious skills. Won"t be surprised when he gets his maiden win on the east. He has the package ( sx mx). 22 moto should look into it?!

Maybe not FMOTP but definately fastest sx rider of the night. Honda factory boys will definately be training their ring gears off next week. Maiden 450 win is a shoo in.Stamp it.!

I wonder who will sign him? KTM and Kawasaki are full, Factory Honda would have to be full, Suzuki are peasants. JGR will no doubt have a run at him, and probably throw the best money offer at him, but I'm sure Tomac would be weary of going there. Reed has the infrastructure for him, and I'm sure Honda would assist with bikes, but is the money there? What else is available?

Baggett and Roczen are moving up too. Roczen's already confirmed to ride for KTM, but I wonder who will take in Baggett? Maybe RCH will get a bike for him

I was talking about this the other day, there's no where really for him to go, so I think he'll take over Windham's spot as the 450 guy on Geico. And I think that would be a quality move, to be on a team that would be based around him.

Johnny has done an amazing job with him huh.. I remember reading an interview where he said he never pushed him all that hard as an amateur because he didn't want him to peak to soon. Well, when you compare him to someone like Izzy, ya can tell it really has paid off.

Tomac was very polished indeed, and got a great start, how did he get that gate pickk??

I think RV's or Dungey's times would have possibly bettered his of they'd got out front, then again maybe not,the kid was on fire!

I find it really odd that he ended up with such a good gate with 15th pick. Although, Villopoto ended up taking a similar gate and got a terrible start.

Not much odd about it dude, the very inside gate is often left by the first few qualifiers.

If that's true it's a smart move IMO.

Smart move by geico. Maybe not for Eli if he wins another sx title this year, nabs a 450 win out east then figures prominently again outdoors (all possible going on form) then surely his value would be higher then whatever geico offered him last year.

But who knows wat he was offered (or cares really) one things for sure is he's getting better every year and is gonna be a serious threat on the big bikes

I don't think that will matter too much to Eli, win championships and the dollars will come no matter what team you're on.
