So Dungey is the lone KTM 450 rider?

What happened to KTM getting another rider? Isnt that going to hurt dungey with testing?

Maybe there was never any intention of getting another 450 guy? Or maybe the wallet was empty after they got Dungey? Smile

Just a guess, but I think KTM will be okay. Dungey is usually one of the more durable guys out there.

Course they won't get another rider.. They only get contenders, as you may have noticed:

Langston vs. Eggins
Townley
Langston
Langston vs Hughes
Townley vs Ramon
.......... bit of break.....
Cairoli and Nagl
Roczen vs Herlings...

This year Roczen and Musquin again..

Whoever is worth having, KTM will get.. Look at Musquin in 09. Started the year on the NGS honda team. Ktm saw that he was 10x better than their riders and after the first round it was: "Here's £$%^%&***&&*, much money, Come and ride for us." Same thing with Roczen last year..

KTM have learnt how to budget well. Buy the best, forget the rest! Obviously, that didnt happen in the US, then Roger showed up and bam! Every rider stand their drulling over the orange tent. (Pro cicruit too!!). Why get another rider, when you've invested on the best? Not saying anything bad about RV and so on.. But Dungey is/ was the best available. I can't see RV ever leaving Kawi. Bubba sucks-(sorry!). Reeds happy alone, so who else is there..? Who's the ex champ?

Now, it's just going to be cool seeing Kawi vs. KTM evolve in the 450 class. Gonna be 'schweeet!!'

Maybe they are leaving some room in the semi for the 250 riders from the opposite coast to do some rounds on the 450?

I don't think every rider is jealous of the KTM's, and i'm certain that the only teams jealous of the KTM set up is the privateers exluding reed, i don't know where you thought pro circuit was jealous at all. I don't think it is going to just be kawi vs. KTM, this is going to be Honda's first huge year in a long time, stewart looks like he got the yamaha figured out, the only team that is going to struggle is Suzuki.

I think metty is a very talented rider but I don't know about my number one. And idk who I'd replace him with either so.

I meant drulling over the Pro circuit tent.. As in theyre the two best teams. Wasnt very clear! My apologies!

And, I think teams will be when KTM start winning. Especially Kehoe. How longs it been now? Dude needs to sort it out! Geico? Who's that? Theyre nothing now. Barcia's awesome. But can't hold it down.. Tomacs nothing now. Hope wil Hahn can do good this year, decotis is awesome but, don't know where to put him. The only two main things going for Honda right now are Reed and Bogle.

Yamaha? Come on. I'm a JGR fan (hence the pic) but James has a lost it now. The bikes better according to him. But how much better? He only stuck with them for the money along with the fact it gave him a future job into nascar.

Suzuki have no one. I have love for metty, but he's not gonna be a champ. (Sorry!)

Kawi? There are no doubts. Deano-champ, Bagget-(serious and freakishly determined), Tyla, Durham, Weimer and of course.. RV.

With exception to Roczen, Bogle and Barcia.. I don't think anyones going to be able to beat the Kawi guys in doors in the lites. For SX, RV and Dunge are gonna be closely matched with Reedy and Bubba and that's anyones race.

Outdoors lites: Straight up Kawi-KTM battle no denial! The honda guys and Suzuki guys showed where theyre at outdoors this year. Deano's owning and Roczen, well he beat everyone at the des nations. So he'll literally laugh at some riders.

RV, Dunge and Reed will be the 3 in MX. No one has the ability to hang onto that beast of yam 450. Not even bubba. Rattray, Metty, Millsaps, Brayton, Grant, Alessi will follow on from them. So, I'd say it's gonna be 03' for the lites again. And a new battle in the 450's..
