I thought he looked amazing in his heat, giving Tomac fits for a few laps. He was running a fast pace and wasn't scared. I just saw in Observations that Matthes said he didn't see him, but I thought he looked very good and fast, particularly for his first supercross.

For the last 3 or 4 months my son has been telling me to watch him because he thought he was going to be a contender and I have to admitThe kid did well. He showed some good speed and looked solid.

it didnt show it on tv but when tomac passed him back in the whoops, the next lap savatgy passed him back in the double section! Rooting for him at phoenix.

Can I get some love for this kid yet? I don't know him but he's fast considering it's his second race. He gets good starts and has speed. He's backing it up a little in the main, but it's his second race! And for the record, I am just a fan. I don't know him at all.

Hell yeah! Kid was on it tonight. Almost had it in the heat race till Tomac pushed him wide. Solid start in the main as well. I was def pulling for the kid.

Right? I love how he stayed in it, then was mad at himself for not beating Tomac (?!?!), then was congratulatory towards Tomac. If he can get a little more speed and get comfortable running up there, he's got the right stuff in my opinion. I hope he gets Mitch's or Ziggy's attention. He's really not far off...and it's his second race!
