Roger DeCoster........had the privilege to be in Europe in 1973 to 1975 and watched him race.....this is great 3 part video! Cannot wait for the 3rd partSmile

The great thing about Roger is that as a Team Manager, he is definately "hands on". He doesn't just sit and "manage" his team, he's involved big-time. Check out how he's at the Lathe making parts for the KTM. Plus, he's a stand up guy who has morals in an industry full of people who don't. His comment about honoring deals and agreements should be taken to heart by all.
