Roczen vs Webb

Overalls are decided by points awarded per moto combined, not the amateur system. We just went through this a few weeks ago when Canard's 2-2 was not enough to beat Stewart's 1-3.

There have been several threads on this subject recently. They don't use the olympic scoring system in the pros. A 1-7 is 39 total points, A 4-3 is 38.

It's by points, not moto finish.

1st = 25
2nd = 22
3rd = 20
4th = 18
5th = 16
6th = 15
7th = 14

And so on...

1 (25) + 7 (14) = 39
4 (18) + 3 (20) = 38

1-7= 25pts- 14pts - 39 total
4-3= 18pts- 20pts- 38 total

Therefore, Roczen wins overall

Shouldn't Webb be scored as a 4 - 2 since Baggett was docked 2 positions?

The official results show Bagget only docked one spot. I saw initial conflicting reports saying 1 and 2 spots but it looks like it was only 1 in the end.

At the podium they were saying one spot.

I saw Blake at dinner, and he said he never saw the flag. He told me that at that point, he had about a five-second lead, and would have stopped if he'd needed to.
