What ever happened to Langston and the riders union? Dont flame me because I am in full support, just never heard anyhting more about it. I think one of the things that needs to happen to bring the sport to the "next level" are more rights, purse money, and benefits. Whats the latest?

The riders have always been and will always be all about themselves. Emig was a scab at Vegas to win his first SX. and even before that back when they had the world SX race where the heat winners would start on the second row and the slower Euro riders would get to start on the front row. Well what happend was riders like Ward , Bailey,O Mara, Lechien all lead their heat and then pulled over or stalled their bike so that they would finish far enough back to start on the second row, the only top rider who didn't sandbag was Rick Johnson.

Riders Union...................... Not going to happen.

Emig is a great rider and earned all his wins except the Vegas one . He even admits in a interview that he should not have raced Vegas after he agreed not to. But I should not call him a scab because there was no riders union, and I hate unions.
