Okay Rush guys. YYZ. About 2/3 of the way in- there's a sound effect used about 3 times that sounds like a whip crack, followed by breaking glass hitting the floor.

What did they use for that effect?

And what does YYZ stand for?

Thank you.

Didn't the original album Moving Pictures have a credit for Peart playing "plywood"?

I've been a Rush fan since early 1974, just weeks after their first album was released, they played a high school freshman dance here in this small remote city in Ontario and I snuck in to see them. (I was still in grade school). Still have the original album!

I love this vid. It always cracks me up. Rush playing Tom Sawyer on Rock Band, backstage at the Colbert Report. And like most old guys playing video games, they failed miserably lol.

Every now & then I fly from RDD to YYZ via SFO & ORD.

One trip, I originated in RDD, made my way to YYZ & flew down to SJD to recover from the Great White North weather.

Geddy and alex are 59. Neil is 60. While this is an honor for them I'm sure. I have always thought of the r&R hall was a joke. I mean the bee gees have been in for a while already. Now Donna summer goes in.

Lets see how you feel when you are 59 and people are saying your 60. Someone once told me don't wish your years away. You'll be old before you know it.

So, Bytor's right and you're the one who's really grasping at straws.
