I was trying to figure out what the correct way to use the preload is? I mean sometimes I get the spring to turn green
and you can tell by how far or high you jump, other times it goes white and them sometimes orange. What is the difference and is there a correct way to get it to go green everytime. Do you want it to go green everytime?

Thanks.

what you are going to need to do first is measure how it drops in the free sag. then sit on it and see how much it drops. you will need to measure from the axle straight up. most people run 100-110 mm sag.

If you hold the click (pushing the stick in) on the stick down while holding it back it will compress the shock until the takeoff, and preload you green everytime

yes. Hold back on the right stick and click in the button to get a full seat bounce. To get a lesser seat bounce, just pull back.
