Looking for Advice

Hey Vitalers,

I'm trying to help out my buddy's new website out by writing a couple articles here and there while I am free from school work. I wrote this article the other day and I'm looking for any advice, criticisms, etc. I have tough skin, so feel free to speak the truth because in the end it'll help! This is my first article ever and I have a lot more content coming, so anything helps.
