Any of you regularly go to Indy. Going for the first time this year. Where to get tickets? What level/section? Where to park? Pit passes? Stay?

We set in 229 last year and could see the whole track really good. The pit passes you can purchase when you get your tickets. I know a lot of people get there tickets at Dreyer they also have a party on Friday night where they have some riders there signing autographs. The best advice especially this year is dress warm the weather here has been brutal and the forecast for next weekend isn't much better. A high of 25 on Friday and 20 on Saturday with a chance of snow on Saturday night.

Go to your local yamaha dealer and get tickets. They are usually in the 100-200 level We're trying the 300 level 50yd line this year.

Expect to spend $20 on parking. Get there early for practice and get a parking spot close to the enterance. Expect to walk a few blocks. There will be st patty's stuff going on so the tilted kilt is a good place for drinks and food. You can get pit passes at the track I think. Or ask at a dealer.

You can always get tickets from scalpers, but expect to pay more.

If you're coming from TN I'd stay. You won't get out of the parking lot til 12 or 1 probably. There are plenty of hotels, and the marriot is nice and new.

The key is to park in between the stadium and I-70. You'll be out of traffic quick.

You are in for a real treat and wait until you see a motorsports themed stadium like
Indy's. Next to the the new Dallas Stadium it is my favorite stadium.
