GoPro settings

Well, I'm gonna be using at 60 frames. It's a lot clearer than 1080P at 30 frames. I actually want to put mine rearward facing and a shot.........on the back fender......

I prefer r4 for moto. It's the tallest format, so it allows you to see father up the track, where the wide frames give you a narrower view.

I have mine set at r2 for all of my helmet cam videos.

As an outside opinion, from watching many many helmet cam videos....lol.

If it is mounted on top of the helmet then Matt's r2 setting looks best because of the different angle from the top.
Matt's videos are always excellent helmet or not.

When it is on the side like in Ryan's vid the "taller" r4 setting works best otherwise all you see if fender.

From a training standpoint the side mount seems to allow the rider to view more about their riding than the top mount.
You seem to see quite a bit of the body positioning and bike reaction from that angle.
