Any of you heard any word on whether the other manufactures will have EFI in 09? I know a few questions will be answered after the first Japanese national... Just curious if anyone here had an inside scoop…

The 08 WR250F is fuel injected... so I would guess they could implement that fairly easy onto the yz250f...

U Sure? Just look at the Yamaha page and it listed the "37mm Keihin FCR flat-slide carburetor" under the 08 WR250F.

except for the fact a WR has a battery for the electric start. No battery, not so easy.

I believe there are two wr250 models one with EFI and the other without.

There are technically 3 of them. The WR250F is the "dirt only" model, no EFI. The WR250R and WR250X are street legal, and EFI equipped.
