Why not put Reed of the ground for the good of the team? (er make that K-Dub). And then, lay your bike on top of his.

Whoever does it, will forever be a darling of the fans. He would be imortalized almost as much as Hannah.

My money is on Short. Mudflaps?, (I love that name), lacks the IQ to figure what it all means. Josh Grant? too much of a wuss. Too bad Honda doesn't have Alessi. Hell, he'd do it just so he could sell a few more "believe the hype" t-shirts.

Either way, I wish I was going to LV this weekend. I'm still hoarse from screaming my bloody head off last weekend in Seattle. The best SX race I've seen since Carmichael v Pastrana in Anaheim 1 from several years ago. Immortality awaits boys, immortality awaits.

At least he had the guts to make it to this point in the season. More than we can say for your hero. Now put that dress on, jump on Justin's bike and make a video. Stop pussyfooting around and pay your debt.

Chad is a great rider that will probably never be a fan favorite. He's never learned the PR side of things, and doesn't respect the people or other riders around him.

That is something you either have or not.

You all underestimate Reed's popularity with the general SX public. He gets a lot of sh!t on the internet, but SX crowds love him. Of course, Windham is kind of everyone's default favorite, but Reed has a lot of fan support too.

You guys just cant handle a foreigner winning a championship. Reed is at another level than the rest of the americans plain and simple. Thats why!

I dont even in the usa, and I am not an american.... I could give a crap where any rider is from. Just cant stand to even hear his voice.

To be honest, I would more, cheer a rider from a different country who came in to the big bad USA and mopped up...... just not reed. He is a lying, arrogant whiner

Hopefully Yamaha declares war on Honda and puts all their 250 guys on 450's to block Windham in Vegas.

May the best man win.

I'd like to see a 10lap dash for cash between the two for the title, no one else on the track.

Chill? I'm not the one avoiding our bet. Seems it's nothing but one excuse after another such as the track doesn't open till May 6th (no wonder there are no world class Canadian MXers), Canada is frozen (grow some balls, I've ridden in ice and snow), I got to buy a bike (something wrong with Justin's 2 stroke?), blah, blah, blah. Just a note, after getting to watch the video of you ride around in a dress, I will still not have seen a man in a dress. On another note, you guys doing Loretta Lynn's this year?

That's one of the only downfalls of Vital, so much of it is in video/audio form that isn't possible to view/hear here at the office.......

Sounds like a problem with your office's firewall? I'm not sure how that's Vital's fault. Smile

Oh, and I'd rather see the championship won or lost cleanly, not due to some takeout move.

No, the firewall is fine, just the frowns from folks who don't like listening to the stuff too....!!!!

It's not Vital's "fault", it's just a different approach than the printed word which is much more office friendly......

As a foreigner, Reed has had an easy ride compared to JMB back in the day. The promoters really used to hype that crap and rile everyone up. - USA vs. Them.

Ladies and gentlemen, who's it going to be??? Bradshaw? Stanton? Kiedrowski? Or will it be that fucker from France? Insert 40k booing fans here.

I don't think Reed could have survived back then...the Honda boys would have parked him in the cheap seats back in Seattle...and then do it again in Vegas for good measure.

I couldn't believe how easily the Honda riders let him through. It's called a "Team" and I thought teammates are/were suppose to help each other? Yea I know Kevin isn't on the "official Honda team" but he's flying their colors and bike.

So many people want this sport at the next level like Nascar, well teammates help each other out all the time.

Didn't havta take him out but a break check or blocking the good line would have helped K-dub, I'm sure he wasn't too happy about it.....

I have wondered about the same thing. What if Kevin was still under the factory tent, would there have been at least an attempt to get in his way??? Seems like they just chumped right up and let Reed by.

Agreed. When I clicked Livewire open and saw there there were two Hondas between Windham and Reed I thought, "Hey, that's really going to close up the points gap!" It seemed like Reed was several seconds back of third at the time, too.

And with Reed being such an out of shape turd, it certainly seemed like there'd be no way he could pass two Factory Honda guys like that.

I'd rather read an interview than listen to one.

Apl...gotcha. That's why I bring headphones with me.

With the web we've got a variety of ways to do things (audio, podcasts, video, etc.) there's definitely some experimentation happening.

I think you get a little bit more out of interviews by hearing not just what they say, but how they say it.

That's not true, for me anyway. I like people with charisma and character, Reed's a whiner and Kdbub and Shorty are polite and well-spoken.

But somebody made a point somewhere about how we shouldn't whine about Reed's whining, which I admittedly have done. We bitch about riders being robots, "the Dunlops were hookin up, yadda yadda" and now when someone shows some persoinality, we bitch about it. That's a valid point. And Reed being Reed sure lights up the message boards.

22 would win in a runaway.

And I like K-Dub.......just saying

Some of you guys really want racing replaced with team tactics?

Umm...that's not racing. That's some kind of blocking contest. Just can't imagine why someone would think that is cool.

Kind of like Reed thinking everybody should let him by because he's in the points lead.
