Asterisk Mobile Medic Unit Question

So this question came up in a discussion between myself and some buddies today; how much money does the Asterisk Mobile Medic Unit make and where does the funding come from? They ran the "Win a 450" contest this year where they sold tickets and OEMs donated bikes, but I would really like to know how much the organizers (MX Sports/Feld) kick in upfront, as well as others such as teams, sponsors, gear companies, etc. Just judging by the picture, it seems like the guys are young(er) and having somebody like Bodnar on board can't be that cheap, especially while maintaining their mobile hospital for 30+ weekends out of the year. Anybody got any ideas?
