In the middle of redoing my 2007 KX250. The bike did not come with a cylinder nor any of the powervalve parts I’m looking for the LH/RH Levers for the powervalve assembly. I was wondering if anyone was having issues finding these as well. I believe 2005-2007 are the same. In desperate need of these for my restoration.

Part numbers for reference.

Have you tried Webike? Overseas company but I have found some discontinued Japanese OEM parts through them.

Just checked. Nothing unfortunately. I’m willing to buy a 05-07 cylinder if it came with the powervalves as well

Just wish I had a set I could get machined, that’s all I need. If I could do that, I would be set. If it’s possible

I just ordered the primary and two secondary power valves for my 07 KX250 from Webike. They are in route to me now per tracking.

Might have to try it. Seems odd they have it but might have to take a chance. Worst case scenario they can’t obtain them

Just ordered through them. Let’s see what happens. Still on the lookout for the parts new or used just in case

Most us based parts houses will let you order stuff that is actually not in US Kawasaki warehouses. You find out once they process the order.

@DerickYZ, those links were not available when I placed my order - I was going to order them as well.

What happened to your linkage arms?
When I bought the KX the cylinder was gone. Bought it from the original owner, been sitting since 2009. I think the cylinder got sold to a friend so it’s gone.

Bought this because I just bought a 2005 KX125 from the original owner months ago. Spent under $1900 for both bikes combined. Just trying to bring this one back to life instead of becoming a lost cause

theres an 04 kx250 on fb marketplace up near you (in pa i think) ...might want to go grab it for parts as its literally in pieces and pretty cheap.

there are laws on the books i believe to ensure oem automotive companies produce parts for up to 10 years for a vehicle but i dont think it applies to motorycles
