Hi everyone.
I started on YZ450f 2006 SM just for some fun, but I got into it and wanted to transport that to dirt tracks, so I bought another YZ45F 2011.
I got some practice on engines (ship engines), and want to start taking myself care of my bikes has they properly should. so I started my research on all tools, spares, kits and etc.. that I know I will be needing for the project that I have on the 20011 new bike for motocross. I would like if I can count with some of your experience to help me out setting my new bike for off road:
what would it needed to make a overhaul service to guaranty that I got my machine working as it should for motocross?
looking this as a project, I would like to learn with some of you that do this / or have done it before.
tools,
kits/sets
spares
valve adjustment: what shims kit would you recommend?
suspension: I feel that my rear suspension clicks, kyb shock rebuild?
brake: wich fluid you recommend, and tools?
any upgrade suggestion?
thanks in advance to anyone who might help me out on this journey

I say it’s pretty nice one you get the rear suspension dialed.
As far as shims, I’ve always use Hot Cams. If you’re going to send your suspension out, definitely recommend Enzo 👍 clicking could be internal, but definitely check condition on ALL the bearings.
