Project 2001 cr125

Helping out a female rider that doesn't know much about the bike or maintence for that matter. Watched her ride this bike one time n it sounds like a clogged up weed wacker so decided to take her under my wing n help her out as much as I can. As many bike builds it starts with the tear down n we found a lot of incorrect piece n parts on the poor bike thing was a mess leaking oil out of exhaust n exhaust flange dirty as hell n missing lots of little things so here is a before picture of the bike

No I definatly wasn't lol, when I got the motor out of the bike n pulled the flange off the previous owner had actully broken it and tried grinding it back flush again so there was no room for thw exhaust seal to go, so it was just blowing oil right out the expansion chamber. I did some research and I guess the stock exhaust flanges broke really easy on the 2001 CR 125's. I definatley have my work cut out for me that's forsure lol
