Big bore for 2 stroke

Im new to bike building. Learned a lot in this past month.

I need help. Can a big bore kit be installed on a 2 stroke engine CR250. All the bore kits i looked up are only 4 stroke. Can someone point me in the right direction for performance on a 2 stroke engine.
