2005 CRF250R Project R.E.D.

This bike was completely gone through and rebuilt. I picked this bike up as a rolling frame and in two plastic tubs. Bike used to be a Matt Crown race bike (MCR). Enjoy!
Build info:
Motor:
Vertex high comp piston
Full yoshimura exhaust
Ported/polish head
Ported/tuned carburetor
Rebuilt crank with ProX rod by KRG
ProX steel valves with new seats cut
Wiseco clutch basket, new hub/plate
Every bearing was replaced
All new seals and gaskets
Tusk shifter
Entire motor was vapor blasted
Nickel bolt kit
Maxima premium 4 in both sides
Engine ice coolant
1.8 bar radiator cap
VP 4.4 fuel in it now but can also run pump
Chassis:
Anodized upper fork tubes/knuckles
DLC lower fork tubes
Anodized shock body
Framed and acid washed
All new bearings
Tusk impact wheel set
All new plastic
Matrix design graphics
Steel brake lines
Rebuilt brakes with new seals/oil
Tusk soft/intermediate tires
Titanium sprocket bolts
ProX sprockets
Primary drive chain
Light speed carbon skid plate custom fitted
I think clutch perch is ARC
Attack graphics seat cover
Twin air aluminum filter cage

A lot of labor and funds went into making this bike and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Bike runs and sounds amazing!

This was when I brought the bike home..

As for “winter project” I’m very impatient so it turned into a one month project 😂

Just updated build info. I’m sure I forgot some stuff because it was a ground up build basically. I think I got a lot of the big stuff tho. Way to much money into this thing but sounds like a 450 lol runs amazing
