Kia Ora!
Potentially relocating to NZ for a working holiday in the next few months and will be on the South Island. Either near Timaru or Christ Church but am exploring the possibility for Queenstown as well. I hear the South Island is quite cheaper since all the big shots are in Auckland...
I have experience as an IT worker (project manager) and was wondering if there is any other place for job opportunities besides Christ Church. if I like it I would like to apply for citizenship potentially. In the mean time I will probably be working random odd jobs to make ends meet and will be getting a car as well.
I will be staying with one of my mates in Timaru temporarily until I get my feet on the ground and was wondering if there is any good riding spots/tracks near there. if funds allow I would like to get a bike as well.My mate is big into snowboarding and he said its primo but hes' not into bikes. I hear the riding in New Zealand is fuckin' spot on.
