Ryan Villopoto was on it in Seattle. This was his fifth win of the season, and with a 48-point lead over James Stewart, it looks highly likely that he'll wrap up his fourth straight Supercross title at the Meadowlands in two weeks.

James Stewart grabbed a second-place finish, but was frustrated that the harder he rode, the more mistakes he made. He and Ryan Villopoto have been the class of the 450s this year.

Ryan Dungey scored another podium, and finished just behind his closest competitor (James Stewart) in the 450 points chase. He's only three behind James, and the next two rounds will determine not only the champion, but second and third overall. They're still battling for pride, positions, and bonuses.

Cole Seely made his win in the 250 class look easy, when he built a good lead after the halfway point in the main. He said afterwards that this style of track (where you have to be patient) suits him. He's only eight points behind Jason Anderson with the Las Vegas round left to run.
