Full body protection

Does anyone make a chest protector or one of those body vests that actually protects the whole body? Most i see stop mid way allowing for your stomach area to take a beating in crash.

I have a Leatt 4.5 also had a rxr in the past. Just seems none of them go down towards your waist and stop mid way. I am thinking of adding protection like nfl qbs wear around their ribs/stomach area.

A kidney belt solves this issue. Solid at the back to protect the spine, flexible around the sides and front for comfort and movement. But that added material still provides a decent bit of protection.
