Why?
Anybody else having to go through a verification process on Pulpmx to get to the website?
not recently.... saw a thread on it awhile back.
It works now.
I'm NOT a techy so when the Cloudfare thing popped up a couple of days ago i ignored the verification process and went elsewhere on the web as I did not know if i was downloading something bad. Then last night I got a 500 Internal Server Error.
Anyways...all seems to be right with me and Pulp again.
Cloudflare is an Internet security company most commonly used for end-point protection and secure VPN access.
They are also used by web sites and service providers to ensure that you are getting a secure connection when you access sites on the web.
You will see this on banking and credit card sites as well, not a bad thing since Pulp does have merch and does the Privateer Challenge which means financial transactions are happening.
I ran into the same issue myself. My antivirus still warned me when I tried visiting a little later but the site opened up fine. I've seen it happen a few times myself. Seems like it has happened when there are longer gaps between shows or content being added. I thought that it might have been some sort of maintenance being done or something like that.
Been a while since I had my website up. But its more work than most people would think to keep an ecommerce site up and safe.

I've noticed the site down too on off race weekends . No big deal i get it. Happy to have Pulp working again.
To clarify, I didnt start this thread to hate on Pulp, just wondered if anyone else was having the same issues and I got a couple of nice responses.
I didn't think You were hating on them. Pulp is my go to place for listening to moto stuff. I play podcasts 90% of the time I'm working or in the shop. Pulp is always the place I check first to see if there is anything new, Gypsy tales, and Vital on Spotify are the the next ones I check. And I've been listening to Whiskey throttle stuff again recently and I've enjoyed some of it again.
I did an audio only ( back when DMXS radio was the only other moto podcast I knew of ) and then live video/audio show back years ago with a couple buddies of mine. Just before Pulp started to do live video. We always joke around at how we did stuff first or one of the first ,and look at where we could have been if we took it seriously. It's a lot of work , even half assing the shows like we did. We covered mostly local NESC stuff with some Pro stuff sprinkled in. We had some decent guests. Paul Buckley , Jimmy Decotis, Ian Trettel and had some other NESC local pros. But it is a lot of work to do them at the level Steve is doing them. I miss doing them and want to get something going again for New England moto coverage at some point. Maybe next season.
Do you have documentation?
