Just wanted to throw out our horrible experience with this company.  We purchased this motor through Rev Rides.  After 3 months of riding my son had a failure on two of the upper motor mounts which caused the motor to drive back into the drive system (chain/ sprocket).  The chain also snapped and was sucked into the motor.  Both motor side covers were damaged.

I wasn't expecting much but I contacted Rev Rides to see if we could find a solution to repair the cases or maybe replace the motor.  Adrian at Rev Rides was great.  He got in contact with Green Line.  They asked for several pictures of the bike and the damaged motor.  After a couple days they offered to replace the motor if we shipped the damaged one to them (Green Line).  I gladly shipped to them.

This is where things go to shit.  After Green Line Engineering received our motor we heard nothing from them.  Then a about a week later I receive an invoice for shipping which I paid.  A couple of days later the motor arrived.  We opened the box to find our original damaged motor.  It wasn't even touched.  In the box was a single new side cover.  I was blown away!  I emailed them because they have no phone line.  I received  an email claiming we smashed the motor into a rock.  And they gave the cover as a courtesy.

Check out the photo where they claimed we impacted a rock.  This company is a bunch of dirt bags.  Avoid!

That's weird.

Looks like chain rub.

Looks like one of the engine mounts is broke on the front side (possibly from the rock)?

Probably not hard to trouble-shoot if you had to open it up.

I emailed them and this is what they said:

Hello,

The customer did not put the bash guard back on the bike and smashed the motor into a large boulder. Its very obvious from the photo. They admitted as much during the call as well. Have a great day.
