Starting and idle issues 2015 kx250f

Hi my idle is slow and I’ve tried to adjust it with the fast idle nob and it does nothing.

Fresh engine after I purchased bike in a box takes 7 kicks to start and idles slower than recommended rpm

Try adjusting the set screw stop for the cable wheel

Was told that you shouldn’t touch that screw
