Awesome documentary on the Kawasaki assembly line. It's on HD Theater. Gives you respect for the science that goes into building modern bikes.
They are pulling Ninjas off the assembly line and reving them pretty hard on dynos. So much for break-in.
Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki-- all these guys were geniuses.

That is a series that covers most all of the major factories, each with it's own episode, even including Ducati and Bimota. Each one is excellent to watch.
